This is her description of him:

While figuring out a freak lightning storm as his big detective story, Hiruma was shocked himself by a bolt. Not knowing if it was a miracle, Hiruma survived. But his body changed, his hair color bleached to yellow and was naturally spiky. He can channel electricity into left hand and into any object. Heck, he could channel electricity into a carrot!

I drew it for free for her in Gaia (but by the massive tip she gave me, I'm not sure if I can say that )
I this pic, it ended up looking so cool *_* (My sis said he looked like Cloud from Final Fantasy X3)
